The Oversight Committee for the Kosovo Intelligence Agency is responsible:
- for overseeing the legality of the work of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency;
- to review and to approve the budget of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency;
- to review the Prime Minister reports on matters within its competence, related to the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, including actions taken to correct any problems in the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, set out any inspection audit or investigation;
- to review the Kosovo Intelligence Agency Director reports regarding the operations and expenditures of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency;
- for reviewing the reports of the Inspector General;
- to provide an opinion on the detailed budget proposal for the Kosovo Intelligence Agency and
- to seek and investigate information concerning the work of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, in accordance with Article 37 of the Law on the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.
